I didn't receive the complete item, the couriers first attempt to deliver was to the wrong address and fortunately no one was there. So the item was returned to the couriers depot and redelivered the following day by another driver who had to repair the damaged packaging. However parts were missing but he successfully delivered the to my house.
I contacted Timber Croc to report the problem, Trish was great!! she sorted out the missing parts and posted them promptly to me.
Excellent service many thanks very much appreciated.
The timber croc itself is quite expensive, the fabrication is more than adequate but the finish of the product is disappointing with welding splatter not removed and resulting in "dirty" galvanised finish. However the product is what it is, a very well functional, strong, safe log/timber holding tool and does exactly what it is designed for.
I am totally satisfied with the item and delighted with the excellent support, many thanks to you Trish, best regards Michael.

I have used other log holders and find this to be the best. No attaching the chainsaw to a frame and being limited to the size and shape of the wood being cut. I recommend this product to those who frequently use a chainsaw.
